Support team

Michelle joined Buttercross in April 2012 after working as a service manager in a car dealership. As the Practice Manager, she currently works across all three sites – East Bridgford, Bingham and Cotgrave. She has two Spaniels at home, who she loves to train including doing agility with one. She also has a horse called Solo. Michelle loves to ride her horse and competes in dressage and has a bash at showjumping.

Dawn loves her role here at Buttercross as she gets to see all the lovely pets and have cuddles with them. She has always had a passion for animals and loves getting to see them every day. Previous to her job here, she worked as a teaching assistant in Radcliffe On Trent, breaking the saying 'never work with animals or children'! Dawn is married with two daughters, two dogs called Alfie (a Pug) and Biff (a Staffie), and a cat called Bella. Away from work she enjoys spending time and going for walks with her family and pets and reading. Dawn also takes part in a pantomime in every Christmas in Radcliffe.

Mandy joined Buttercross Veterinary Centre in October 2019 when she moved to the area from Kent. As well as three daughters her family consists of a border collie, two bunnies and two chinchillas. In her spare time she loves walking in the countryside, going to concerts, visiting historical sites, reading and eating out.

Kathy started at Buttercross Vets in 2012. She works part-time, mainly at the Bingham branch. Kathy enjoys seeing all the clients and meeting their wonderful pets. Kathy has a Bichon Frise and a cat at home.
